WINEMAKER NOTES: Britt Richards: The 2021 growing season saw draught conditions that resulted in high quality grapes with a low yielding vintage. Our vineyards are planted with many of the same clonal selections, each one producing a different result based on the diversity of weather throughout Sonoma County, resulting in a dynamic blend of 100% Pinot Noir.

TASTING NOTES: Release date: March 2023
This cohesive blend produced red fruit characteristics reflecting bright cherry and herbal spices on the nose, red raspberry and cola on the tongue, finishing with a pleasant forest floor undertone.

92 PTS - The Tasting Panel Magazine

“This red shows some quite ripe fruit notes that make sense in context with the wine’s reported 14.5% alcohol, but also some spicy accents and a whiff of tomato leaves that keeps this enduringly interesting sip after sip. Oak-based accents are very subtle, enabling other nuances to show themselves effectively.” - Meridith May

What people are saying

A poised, youthful style with lively cherries and cranberries, white pepper, redcurrant leaf, and pomegranate acidity.
— Decanter World Wine Awards on 2018 Sonoma County Pinot Noir
A youthful and approachable wine, this is fleshy, lush and opulent in sweet white peach, pineapple and cantaloupe. The full-bodied concentration has a hint of anise and vanilla around robust toasted oak.
