Non-Alcoholic Skin Contact White Wine
We used spinning cone technology to remove the alcohol from our skin-contact white wine. The centrigugal force preserved all the tannin, flavor, aromatics, and joy of our original wine, but without the alcohol. The blend consists of 50% Muscat, complemented by Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Vermentino. This combination offers aromatic notes of tangerine, gooseberry, and jasmine, culminating in a clean, bright finish.
2023 Skin Contact White Wine
The 2023 Skin Contact White Wine offers vibrant aromas of ripe peaches, zesty kumquats, and delicate honeysuckle much like a sun-drenched orchard. On the palate, experience subtle sea salt, bitter orange peel and tea-like tannins.
